Services

Client Obligations

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information about the property and the services required;
• grant us access to the property at agreed times and arrange any necessary permissions;
• promptly respond to our communications and approvals;
• ensure that you have the necessary rights to engage us (for example, if acting on behalf of the property owner).

Quotations, Payment & Fees

• Any quotation we provide will specify the scope of work, estimated timeline and fee.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are [insert standard, e.g. 30 days from invoice].
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate permitted under applicable law.

Termination

Any intellectual‑property rights in materials provided by us (such as reports, drawings or specifications) remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit such materials without our prior written consent.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms to the extent that the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, labour disputes, supply‑chain disruptions, government actions).

Variation

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to services provided after the changes come into effect. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you should notify us and we may, at our option, cease providing services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
