These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by MAINTAINED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a property‑care and maintenance solutions provider operating in the UK and UAE. By engaging our services, you (“you”, “the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
We provide comprehensive property care and maintenance services, including preventative maintenance programmes, emergency solutions, bespoke refurbishments, and related property‑management support, as described on our website. (See our About page for more on our approach.)
Client Obligations
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information about the property and the services required;
- grant us access to the property at agreed times and arrange any necessary permissions;
- promptly respond to our communications and approvals;
- ensure that you have the necessary rights to engage us (for example, if acting on behalf of the property owner).
Quotations, Payment & Fees
- Any quotation we provide will specify the scope of work, estimated timeline and fee.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are [insert standard, e.g. 30 days from invoice].
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate permitted under applicable law.
- Additional works which fall outside the original scope will require a separate written agreement and may incur extra costs.
Scheduling & Access

- If access is delayed or denied for reasons within your control, you may be liable for resulting additional costs or rescheduling fees.
Standards & Warranties
- We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with accepted industry standards.
- Our warranty is limited to defects in our workmanship for a period of [insert period, e.g. 12 months] following completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third‑party contractors, or changes/modifications made after our work is completed.
Liability & Indemnity

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, goodwill or reputation).
- You agree to indemnify us against any liabilities, costs or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your failure to comply with applicable law or regulations.
Termination
- Either party may terminate a service contract by giving [insert notice period, e.g. 30 days] written notice, unless a different termination period has been agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property
Any intellectual‑property rights in materials provided by us (such as reports, drawings or specifications) remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit such materials without our prior written consent.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms to the extent that the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, labour disputes, supply‑chain disruptions, government actions).
Variation
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to services provided after the changes come into effect. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you should notify us and we may, at our option, cease providing services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
